Complete interior residential vacate cleaning prices

The price of a complete interior vacate clean varies simply based on the size of your residence and whether you require carpet steam cleaning. For example: to clean your studio flat with only hard flooring, the total price is $200. If your flat also requires carpet steam cleaning, the total price is $250. Price includes a single living area, hallway and bathroom

A single averaged size living / lounge area is included in the advertised pricing as well as a hallway and bathroom. Ensuites are an additional $30-50

Price for an additional room or space

For an additional room or average sized space such as a living or dining area, study, staircase, large hallway etc, the price is simply calculated as an additional bedroom - usually $30-50 depending on size and floor covering. You can use the pricing table above to determine your price by simply adding an additional bedroom for every extra area that your property has. Fill out the booking enquiry form to recieve a formal quote and availability.

Extra cleaning that may incur additional cost

• Removal of mould growth from large areas on ceilings, walls or other areas
• Extra cleaning of kitchen due to high use and/or lack of regular cleaning
• Extra cleaning of walls due to overall grime or extensive markings
• Extra steam cleaning of carpets due to extensive staining
• Extra cleaning of window blinds due to grease, grime or mould
• Exterior window cleaning
• Larger than average cooking appliances
• Other non-regular cleaning duties

Prices advertised on this website are firm and won't be altered when attending a job as long as the size of the property is accurate and the property is in reasonable condition. If you have any concern regarding the size or condition of your premises affecting the price please contact us.
