Real estate vacate cleaning list

Real estate agents usually provide a cleaning letter outlining a long list of required cleaning duties to be completed to be able release bond. We will handle your cleaning so you can rest assured that your old place will be left well above your agents strict standards; And upon completion, provide a professional receipt which states that all work is fully guaranteed.

Cleaning tasks included in our service

Professional carpet steam cleaning (hot water extraction cleaning)

Using high powered carpet steam cleaning equipment and quality chemical solutions, we employ carpet cleaning methods not usually included with most end of lease cleaning packages on offer. This includes a deep clean pre-vacuuming, pre-spray treatment, brush agitation and spot treatment where required.

Kitchen cleaning

• Oven & stove components, rangehood filters, fan covers and other removable parts are all immersion cleaned in degreasing solution
• Oven, stove top, range hood and splashback are all carefully degreased and polished inside and out
• Sinks are thoroughly scrubbed clean of scum and grime, sanitised and polished
• All cupboards and drawers are thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitised inside and out
• Countertops & splashbacks are all thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and polished

Bathroom cleaning

• Bath & shower, recess, screens, tiles and all fixtures are all thoroughly cleaned of soap scum, sanitised & polished
• Vanities and mirrors are thoroughly cleaned, polished and sanitised
• Toilets are completely scrubbed and sanitised
• Tiles are polished and sanitised

Window and door cleaning

• All inside window and door glass is spot cleaned and polished where necessary
• All window sills and trims are wiped down and spot cleaned for marks and dirt
• All flywire screens are thoroughly dusted
• All window coverings such as venetian blinds and curtains are completely dusted and spot cleaned where necessary

Please Note: Window coverings which are unusually dirty may need to be removed to be cleaned or cleaned in situ. This will attract an additional charge per window covering based on size and type. If you have any concern regarding the condition of your window coverings please contact us.

Dust and cobweb removal

Often overlooked, dust is recognised as a major cause of allergic diseases such as Asthma and Hay Fever. There is never a better opportunity to get rid of dust from a home as when it is vacant. We go to great lengths to get rid of as much dust as possible, getting into every corner and crevice including the following:

• All walls, ceiling, skirting and cornices
• Window frames, sills, flywire screens, blinds and coverings
• Light fittings, ceiling fans and fan covers
• Heating, air conditioner and wall filters
• Door rails, runners and tracks
• Cupboards, drawers and shelving
• Anywhere else dust may be hiding

Garage / Carport

• Shelving and cupboards are dusted and wiped out
• Cobwebs are removed from ceiling and walls
• Floors are swept out

Everything else

• All walls are spot cleaned for any marks, scuffs, food spills and hand prints, etc.
• All cupboards, wardrobes and walk-in closets are thoroughly dusted and wiped out with a sanitising solution
• Skirting boards are all dusted and spot cleaned
• Light switches and door handles are all wiped and made sanitary
• Mirrors are thoroughly cleaned and squeegeed down
• Light fittings are dusted and wiped over where required
• Electrical outlets are all wiped clean
